About Me

I’m a software engineer currently based in Singapore. My day job sits around backend systems, distributed services, payment flows, transaction correctness, databases, queues, and the operational details that keep production software boring in the right ways. Outside that, I tend to end up around programming languages, Emacs, my self-hosted homelab Kubernetes cluster, and small tools that scratch an itch.

This blog is where I keep notes that survive the scratchpad: production lessons, self-hosting experiments, and the occasional attempt to explain something to myself properly.

Expertise
Distributed backend services, payment flows, transaction systems, databases, queues, reliability, full-stack web apps, and the occasional UI detail that bothers me enough to fix it.
